Study, Meditation & Reflection Retreat
at Brahmavihara-Arama
Led by Rio Helmi
This retreat is dedicated to the exploration of karma through the lens of Buddhist philosophy and contemplative practice. Together, we will study the principles of cause and effect, the nature of actions and consequences, and how understanding karma can become a practical key to greater clarity, awareness, and happiness in daily life.
The retreat will be held in the Gelug tradition of Mahayana Buddhism and is open to all levels — both for those already familiar with Buddhist philosophy and for complete beginners who wish to deepen their understanding of karma and reincarnation in an accessible and grounded way.
Through teachings, meditation, reflection, and discussion, participants will have the opportunity to explore these timeless teachings within the peaceful atmosphere of Bali’s Buddhist monastery.
Through this retreat, Rio Helmi will share the wisdom of the Buddha in an accessible and grounded way, inviting participants to explore the understanding of karma, cause and effect, and inner transformation in everyday life.
